PLACING AN ORDER
Q：Do I need an account to place an order?
A：No, you do not need to have an account to place an order on our website. However, it is recommended to make an account to check and manage your order status during the delivery process.
Q：How would I know which size to choose?
A：You can easily find your garment size from an international sizing chart provided on the website.
Q：How do I use a promo code or gift card number at ByHer?
A：If you have a code, you can enter it on the first stage of your checkout. Then, you’ll see where to enter it right above your order summary.If you have a gift card, this is also where you can apply it to your order. Don’t forget to hit ‘APPLY’ after entering!
*If the code isn’t working, please check it has spelled correctly and no extra spaces.
Q：Can I use multiple discount codes when I order?
A：Please should be noted that a discount code will only apply to https://perfectbyher.myshopify.com/ and that coupon codes are not stackable, and that the coupon code can use only once per order. In addition, the cart value must meet the required minimum to qualify for the discount use requirement.
Q：Can I cancel or modify my order?
A：You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours from purchase by contacting lxintong666@gmail.com
Q：What are my payment method options?
A：You can quickly pay through PayPal.
Q：How can I have a receipt and track of my order?
A：After you place an order, you will receive an email providing you with a receipt of your purchase and a tracking number.
Q：Can I add items to my order after purchase?
A：Yes, if the items are being shipped to the same address and within 24 hours of purchase, you can add items to your order. To do so, please contact lxintong666@gmail.com.

Q：When will I receive my package?
A：It takes 3 business days to process your order and then 10-15 business days for delivery.
Q：Do you offer free international shipping?
A：Yes, orders above $99 have free shipping.
Q：How can I keep track of my order?
A：After you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through the Courier website.
Q：Are duties and taxes included?

All duties and taxes are included in the price shown on the item page.
The United Kingdom and EU countries.
The United Kingdom and EU countries are VAT-free regions, so no tariffs are included in the products’ price.
Other international shipments
All Duties and taxes are calculated and paid before check out and delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q：How do I return or exchange an item?
A：We accept exchanges or returns on most items within 14 days of purchase free of charge. We do not accept returns after this period. Please contact us via
lxintong666@gmail.com if you require an exchange or return, along with the reason.
*If your refund is within the original order price amount, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. If your refund amount is more than the actual order price amount, please provide your Paypal account info for your refund. Please be patient as it can sometimes take several days.
Q：Do you offer return labels?
A：Currently, we do not offer returns labels. However, we will refund the return fee to your original payment account once we have confirmed the returned item(s). We will update you when we have upgraded our labeling service.
Q：When will I receive my refund?
A：After we receive the item back, we check the piece according to our Return Policy Approval Process. After inspection, we will notify you via Email whether or not the item qualified for a refund. If yes, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

PRICE MATCH POLICY
We do not offer a price match for purchases made during the end-of-the-year sale (October 1st – December 31st). Other than that period, we will refund the price difference for items matched within 15 days. We are confident in our ability to provide high-quality garments at affordable prices. On your side, please make sure you input the correct discount code to maximize your savings.
